Entrepreneurs
Doing Good/Channel 3
Kids Camp
Representatives from
a new local business
group called
"Entrepreneurs Doing
Good" visited the
Channel 3 Kids Camp
in Andover, Conn. to
make a $500
donation. The
organization,
comprised of small
business owners,
raised the funds at
their first-ever
networking
fundraiser that was
recently held at
Jonathan Pasco's in
East Windsor. The
overnight camp and
outdoor education
facility offers more
than 4,000
Connecticut boys and
girls from varying
socioeconomic
backgrounds the
opportunity to enjoy
nature experiences
throughout the year.
The group's next
networking
fundraiser will be
held on Thursday,
September 25 from 6
p.m. to 8 p.m. at
Sam Boca's
Restaurant at 110
Main Street in the
Broad Brook section
of East Windsor.
Proceeds from that
event will be
donated to the East
Windsor and South
Windsor Fuel Banks.
