Susan Adler Maloney Promoted to
Rockville Bank Business Development Officer Cash Management

ROCKVILLE, CONN., February 12, 2008 - Susan Adler Maloney, Assistant Vice President, Lead Manager of Rockville Bank's South Windsor branch at 1645 Ellington Road, was recently promoted to Business Development Officer, according to William J. McGurk, Rockville Bank President and Chief Executive Officer.

With more than over 20 years of banking experience, Ms. Maloney's new responsibilities include promoting cash management products to prospective and current Rockville Bank business customers. Her focus will be on giving the assistance businesses need to thrive in today's changing business environment. She joined Rockville Bank in 1998, as a branch manager of the Park Street location. Ms. Maloney is looking forward to the challenges and opportunities of her new position.

She resides in Coventry, Conn. with her husband, Glen, and son, Daniel.
