Scott A. Andrusis Promoted to
Senior Vice President Commercial Banking of Rockville Bank

ROCKVILLE, CONN., February 25, 2008 - Scott A. Andrusis has been promoted to Senior Vice President Commercial Banking of Rockville Bank (Conn.), according to William J. McGurk, Rockville Bank President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Andrusis will be primarily responsible for overseeing the development and strategies for new business opportunities and expansion of Rockville Bank's commercial loan portfolio and commercial deposit services and non-deposit products.

Mr. Andrusis joined Rockville Bank in 1996 and his most resent position was Vice President of Commercial Banking. Prior to joining Rockville Bank, he was Assistant Vice President of Residential and Commercial Lending at Bank of South Windsor (Conn.).

Mr. Andrusis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Southern Connecticut State University, with a concentration in Finance. He is a Past President of the South Windsor Rotary and the South Windsor Chamber of Commerce, and is a Corporator of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, a Board member of the South Windsor Community Foundation, and is a member of the South Windsor Redevelopment Agency. Mr. Andrusis lives in South Windsor with his wife, Susan, and two children.
