As you may have
noticed, many
competitors change
their rates on a
monthly basis. This
creates concerns
among consumers
leading them to
believe that the low
rates they see are
introductory rates
that will rise
significantly after
they have enrolled.
Because of this, we
are committed to
keeping our rates as
stable as possible
and as you know our
rates have been the
same for the last
three months. March
will be the first
month that we have
changed our rates
and we have lowered
them.
That
being said, having
the lowest rate is
not always the most
important
consideration when a
consumer is making a
buying decision. In
fact, most consumers
do not buy the
lowest cost item
because they feel
that it may not be
the best buy in
regards to quality
and reliability.
Conversely, people
do not normally buy
the most expensive
item. We feel that
if we can
consistently be at
or near the top of
the list, and
maintain stable
rates, we will be in
the best possible
position to secure
the most business.
Remember You will be
billed as part of
Your Monthly CL&p
bill and if ever You
want to switch there
is no cancellation
costs. |
