WILLIAM RAGNO NAMED MANAGER of
ROCKVILLE BANK'S NEW ENFIELD BRANCH

ROCKVILLE, CONN., March 19, 2007 - William Ragno has joined Rockville Bank as branch manager of the bank's new Enfield branch at 660 Enfield Street (Route 5).

The announcement was made by William J. McGurk, Rockville Bank President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Ragno primarily is responsible for business development and community relations in Enfield. He also concentrates on developing commercial and consumer accounts, as well as residential lending, and works to provide clients with the best bank products for individual financial solutions, coupled with superior customer service.

Mr. Ragno brings more than a decade of experience in consumer credit banking, collections and operations. He comes to Rockville Bank from CBT/Bank of New England and Fleet, N.A., where he was a Consumer Credit Underwriter. His responsibilities included special project coordination and automation of specific bank operations.

Mr. Ragno is a Councilman-at-Large for the Town of Enfield, and is a Council liaison to the Town's Veterans Council. A graduate of Western New England College, Mr. Ragno also has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for 20 years.

A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, with more than 22 years of military service, Mr. Ragno lives in Enfield with his wife, Maria, with whom he has three grown children. He is a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Society in Enfield.
