Richard C. Venditto Joins
Rockville Bank's Commercial Lending Department

ROCKVILLE, CONN., March 28, 2005 - Richard C. Venditto recently joined Rockville Bank as Credit Analysis Officer of Commercial Lending, according to William J. McGurk, Bank President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockville Bank.

Mr. Venditto will primarily be responsible for quality control of Commercial loans. He is responsible for providing analysis of customer financial conditions, industry trends and maintains commercial risk rating. Mr. Venditto joins Rockville Bank with more than 15 years of diversified banking experience. Previously, he was Senior Loan Underwriter with Textron in East Hartford, Conn. Mr. Venditto resides in Newington.
