Kathleen Stavens Named Branch Manager
At Rockville Bank in Vernon, Conn.

ROCKVILLE, CONN., May 12, 2006 -  Kathleen Stavens has joined Rockville Bank as Branch Manager at the Vernon, Conn. office at Route 83 and Pitkin Road. The announcement was made by William J. McGurk, Rockville Bank President and Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Stavens is primarily responsible for business development and community relations in Vernon, Conn. She also concentrates on the development of commercial, consumer accounts and residential lending, and is responsible for providing clients with the best bank product for individual financial solutions and offering superior customer service.

Ms. Stavens has more than 29 years of diversified banking experience. Previously, she was a Branch Officer with Bank of America. She lives in Vernon, Conn. with her husband, Michael.
