The EAST WINDSOR ATHLETIC CLUB ANNUAL COMMUNITY BENEFIT GOLF TOURNEY is scheduled for SATURDAY JUNE 1 AT AIRWAYS GOLF COURSE, WEST SUFFIELD.
Please be part of this tourney as it is a fun day for all.
Each year tourney proceeds are used for scholarships and projects that benefit our community
Examples include:
- Every year scholarships are awarded to EW graduates.
- Financial support for the EWSports.com website
- Projects such as scoreboards at every school, new backboards/rims, etc
- Wall padding at the Middle School
- Kickboard at Osborn
- Exercise trail at the Middle School
- Support for the Veteran’s Memorial
- Purchased an Electronic Timer for the High School Track Teams. Refurbished dugouts at the High School
- Scoreboard on Girl’s Softball Field at Osborn
- Indoor batting cages and pitching Machine at EWHS
- East Windsor Athletic Hall of Fame support
Below is the application for the tourney. Donation is $85 which includes a round of golf with a cart, dog/beverage at the turn, and full steak dinner. Prizes for the winning 4-some, closest to the pin, and longest drive. We will also have 50/50 raffles and raffles for prizes such as gift certificates to area businesses and items/services donated by businesses.
If you would like to sign-up your 4-some, donate a prize, be a sponsor, or just have dinner with everyone, complete the attached and submit as soon as possible as we usually sell out (144 golfers) each year. Many of you have been part of the tourney for years (player, donator, sponsor) and we appreciate your continued support. **(Please submit by May 23 since we need to provide the course with a count).
