East Windsor Community Fund

Seeks Advisory Committee Nominees

In 2019, the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving established $100,000 community funds for each of the 29 towns in its region, including East Windsor.  The purpose for the funds is for town residents to take ownership of the needs in their community by setting up an Advisory Committee made up of town residents.  East Windsor has formed a Selection Committee to conduct a broad, diversified outreach to local residents to inform them about the opportunity to be part of this advisory committee and is currently accepting nominations.  The Advisory Committee will identify community needs and design a grant making process aimed to ensure that the funds can have the greatest impact for the benefit of town residents.  Hartford Foundation staff will provide guidance to the advisory board.  If you are interested or you would like to nominate someone for the East Windsor Community Fund Advisory Committee, please contact:  Ceil Donahue at 860-623-9367.
