A Revolutionary War Reenactment and Encampment featuring the CT Fifth Regiment. So much to see: Display of uniforms, camp life, tactics, crafts, weapons and accouterments of the period.

ALSO, a FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL with all different types of food to try! This is one of our biggest events for East Windsor’s 250th Anniversary Celebration so SAVE THE DATE-you won’t want to miss this!

“Behind-the-Scenes” tour will give visitors the opportunity to take a close-up look at some of the current restoration projects including Connecticut Company #3001, Brooklyn Rapid Transit #169 & Northern Ohio Traction & Light Co. #1500 ‘Northern’. Additionally, tour the grounds that are normally closed off to visitors with a Museum guide.
During your visit you will also learn more about our sixteen Firetrucks and Fire alarm office with a working 1904 Gamewell panel fire alarm system that is actively used at the Museum.
Get up close and personal as you climb aboard selected Trolleys from our incredible collection. Tour our Visitor Center full of historic trolleys. Pack a picnic lunch and come and spend some time with the family. You can ride the Trolley cars as many times as you would like!
Dads and Granddads receive FREE admission when accompanied by a paying adult or child.

Stories come alive for children when they are read to aloud! Beginning Monday, June 18th and every Monday during the summer at 11am enjoy storytime inside on of our operating trolleys. When the story is over you will be treated with a 3 mile round trip trolley ride. Adults $10, Children ages 4-11 $7, 3 and under free and Museum members half off. For those who purchased a admission ticket for storytime will receive 10% off in the gift shop.

Head over to East Windsor Park on Tuesdays during the summer for a great family fun event!
Each week there is food, a DJ, raffles, and trophies. There are theme nights on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
