Spring has arrived! The greenhouse is full and we are feverishly planting and seeding on a daily basis. This spring we will again be offering our own hanging baskets, veggie plants, herb plants and annuals. We are also growing a lot of cut flower seedlings for our Cut Flower business, over 80 different varieties!

Scantic River State Park (end of Melrose Road, Broad Brook).
Take in the sights and sounds of a 2.5 mile hike on a multi-use trail along the scenic Scantic River. Meet near the historic Melrose Bridge (take Route 140 to Melrose Road in Broad Brook/East Windsor, proceed west to end of Melrose Road to River). Fundraiser For Meg’s Fighting 4 A Cure

Meaghan was a sweet fifteen year old girl that inherited the Huntington gene from her father. She passed away from the disease.
Her Mother is on a mission to raise funds to assist the University of California, Davis Campus, with their continued research, as well as to help families with terminally ill children obtain equipment or other opportunities not covered by insurance.
We will be participating in Connecticut Open House Day this coming Saturday! Thank you to Visit Connecticut for organizing this statewide event highlighting Connecticut’s amazing attractions!
Receive free admission with one paid admission, higher price prevails. To qualify for this Open House Day special, all visitors must show a valid Connecticut driver’s license.
