RSVP’s are coming for Our exciting celebration of the “East Windsor Business of the Year” Stanton Equipment who will be honored at Our 24th Annual meeting. (See Headline story below for info).

This Years business part of the program while always short(record is 4 1/2 minutes)as it cuts into Our Fun Time of Celebrating Our Business of the Year EWCC does finalized election of our next President.

Robin Myers of Windsor Federal Savings has led our Chamber for the past 3 years through some tough times as the economy has affected the Chamber as our Members are affected.

With an emphasis on “What Can The Chamber do for Our Members”, Robin has promoted new programs to promote Business locally and regionally. The Chamber is glad to hear that she will be continuing to serve Our Members by staying on as Treasurer.

Paul Vella of Performance Kars(Collision Specialists) will be Our New President and he is already looking to create new programs and ideas to benefit Our Members as well as East Windsor as a whole.

Paul is encouraging all members to consider holding a “Business After Hours” or to Sponsor “Community Events”as well as being more involved in the East Windsor Chamber of Commerce.

“With our move to the Broad Brook Library we are excited to set the Example of How Business can assist Our Community.’

Paul continues “Every Business can benefit from Membership in the East Windsor Chamber of Commerce with our marketing and networking programs including the fact being a Member makes you a Member of the Regional Group Tobacco Valley Chamber Alliance as well.

This weekend don’t forget Syme Family Farm is Open, Celebrate CT Trails Day with the EW American Heritage River Commission and a Celebrity Bartender Event.
