Syme Family Farm Our feature flower for Mother’s Day is Ranunculus.

We will forever hype this flower for its light floral scent, long vase life, ruffly petals and its perky spring colors.
We start them in the deep, dark depths of winter with the hope that they will be blooming early May. They get planted into an unheated high tunnel and with the extreme cold temps we had our doubts, but with lots of TLC, here they are!
We harvest them tight, meaning not fully open, they will open for you at home and you can enjoy the longest vase life possible. Bring them home, recut the stems to match your vase height and they will open beautifully.
Available Friday through Sunday in the Flower Barn.
