The Connecticut Office of Statewide Marketing & Tourism is requesting brochures for display at the Connecticut Tourism Booth during this year’s Big E, taking place September 12–28, 2025, in the Connecticut Building in West Springfield, Massachusetts.

Instructions

Important Dates & Delivery Info 

  • Start Shipping: After Labor Day – September 2, 2025

  • In-Person Drop-Off: September 2 – 12, from 9AM – 3PM only

  • Enter through Gate 1, follow the one-way traffic pattern

  • Unload promptly and leave brochures under the portico near the front door

  • After September 11, shipping is required

Packaging Instructions 

  • Attach a copy of your brochure to the outside of each box

  • Label boxes with total quantity (e.g., “1 of 2”, “2 of 2”)

  • Band brochures in bundles for easy handling

  • Each box must be prepaid and not exceed 20 lbs

  • Include a sheet inside the box that has point of contact name, email, and phone number. Please also indicate whether you’d like to pick up any leftover material at the end of the fair or if they can be tossed. We will not ship out the balance of any brochures and we are unable to store remainder of brochures until the next fair.

How Many Brochures to Send 

  • Attendance up to 5,000: Up to 200 brochures

  • Attendance up to 20,000: Up to 1,500 brochures

  • Attendance above 20,000: Up to 3,000 brochures

  • Events: Please do not exceed 200 brochures

Please Note 

  • Do not send outdated materials or leftover inventory

  • Storage space is extremely limited
