You may be surprised to learn that the Connecticut Trolley Museum is the oldest incorporated trolley museum in the United States, proudly operating for 85 years.

As a leading regional tourist destination, CTM preserves and presents an important chapter in Connecticut’s transportation and technological history.

Through interactive exhibits, educational programming, special events, and a robust restoration program, they bring history to life by operating historic trolleys on a former Rockville line of the Hartford and Springfield Street Railway.

Thanks to their dedicated volunteers, they host events from February through December that engage visitors of all ages. This past year, they added several new programs—and they are excited to grow even more.

As a nonprofit, they rely on the generosity of individuals, businesses, and foundations to supplement their operating budget and support this important work.

Since 2016, the Connecticut Trolley Museum’s Corporate Partners Program has helped connect local businesses with their mission to preserve and share the rich history of electric railways. They are continuing to grow this important initiative and invite you to consider supporting them in one of two meaningful ways:
