Summer Music Series
The Museum will be hosting live music in the courtyard. A Trolley ride is included with your admission ticket. Everyone will be practicing social distancing and the Museum will have designated marked areas for you to enjoy the music. Please bring your own lawn chair for sitting while listening to the music.  Pack a picnic basket with your favorite treats including Beer and Wine. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled trolley ride or come at 6pm for the start of the live Music. The cost is $15pp and half off for Museum Members. (Rain or Shine- if the weather is bad music will be under the Train Shed)
August Hours- Thursday-Saturday 10am-1pm & Friday Nights 6pm-9pm
Visitors will have the opportunity to take a Trolley Ride, Tour of the Main Hall, Craft and Tour of the Fire Truck Museum. Admission Tickets must be purchased in advance as this will help the Museum best control the amount of visitors on campus at one time, as well as schedule the staff and volunteers most effectively.
Storytime Trolley- Fridays 10am
Stories come alive for children when they are read to aloud! When the story is over you will be treated to a Trolley Ride, Tour of the Main Hall, Craft and Tour of the Fire Truck Museum. The cost is $10pp and Museum Members receive half off admission.
Friday Night Trolley Rides
Don’t sit at home on a Friday night! Come enjoy all the Museum has to offer during night time hours! Riding the Rails at night is a beautiful relaxing experience for all ages!
Super Hero & Princess Day-
Saturday, August 22nd
Dress up as your favorite Super Hero or Princess and join the Museum for a fun memorable day. It is sure to be a SUPER time! Enjoy a Trolley Ride, Tour of the Main Hall, Super Hero & Princess Craft and Tour the Fire Truck Museum.
The Museum follows the State of CT Covid 19 Guidelines
Safety is our #1 priority! Trolleys are disinfected before and after each ride.
Visitors, staff and volunteers will need to wear a mask at all times while at the Museum. We want to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Before visiting please read our COVID-19 Visitor Policy here
