During World War II, amidst the horrors of battle, a young American soldier, Dick Brookins, brought joy and hope to the children of Wiltz, Luxembourg. Known today as the “American Saint Nick,” his story is beautifully captured in Peter Lion’s book “The American St. Nick.” The author, Peter Lion, will be at the Warehouse Point Library on Saturday, December 6 at 1 p.m. with this incredible story to share with us the heartwarming story of the holiday season.
