The East Windsor Police Department received this message which was followed up by a visit!
“Good morning. My name is Ana-Maria. I’m a Girl Scout leader for two daisy troops in town. My girls have been learning about being good citizens, doing good deeds and giving back to the community. Yesterday we had a holiday get together where some of the girls made items to put in a basket for the East Windsor police department since you all work hard to keep us safe. It’s nothing fancy. There are some decorated cocoa jars, ornaments and Christmas cards. I was wondering if I could stop by after school today with two of my daisies to drop it off? I think they did a great job with it being they are 5 & 6 year olds.”
