The Planning and Zoning Board has been working on Sign regulations and has created some changes but once again with no input from **Business Community.

** If the Town P&Z Dept. has reached out to any business please lets the EWCC know but to our best knowledge no Business has been contacted.

 This is of concern to the East Windsor Chamber of Commerce as the Commercial Corridors (RTE 5,140 and Warehouse Point area) are constrained by sign regulations that are suited best for areas like Main Street Broad Brook not Our two Major Commercial Corridors.

 After reviewing them there seems to be no real changes and once again does not seem to be supporting businesses but creating possibly more hardships etc. for Businesses.

The East Windsor Chamber did try and provide them with some information from our recent “Business Sign Survey” however we think they may not have understood that the regulations that exist now are actually hurting business and driving them away or not locating here in the first place.

  Businesses need to be Heard on this Matter- Please reach out Either to the Planning & Zoning Commission Members or Our Board of Selectmen who appointed them to try and get some actual changes that will assist Businesses to succeed in East Windsor.

  If We the Businesses speak out now we may have an opportunity to change the Non Pro Business zoning in Our Commercial Corridors.
