EAST WINDSOR (April 10, 2023) \u2013 On Friday, April 7, 2023 the team at Touchpoints at Chestnut put on an Easter Egg Hunt on the center\u2019s lawn followed by a Easter Social\u00a0for residents and the community.<\/strong>\"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

There was even a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dear Residents and Family Members,<\/strong><\/p>\n

It gives me great\u00a0pleasure to introduce you to Touchpoints at Chestnut; part of the iCare Health Network.\u00a0Our care center\u00a0offers a variety of clinical programs to meet your individual needs. We\u00a0are very\u00a0proud to be a Five Star rated, US News and World Report Best Nursing Home three years in a row (2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21).\u00a0\u00a0Chestnut is a\u00a060 bed facility that reflects a quaint Victorian bed-and-breakfast style home. Our rehabilitation unit includes\u00a0individual HD televisions, private phones, recessed closets, and recently re-done\u00a0floors.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We offer the\u00a0Touchpoints Therapy Program, which is available to those who are recovering from an orthopedic procedure, or in need of cardiac recovery, pulmonary rehab, general medical or other post surgical care, wound care, intravenous (IV) therapy, pain management and more.\u00a0Touchpoints\u2019\u00a0Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists provide services seven days a week in our recently\u00a0renovated Rehabilitation Gym.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Touchpoints at Chestnut is a proud partner of both the Saint Francis Hospital (Trinity Health of New England\/SOHO) Post-Acute Care Network and the Hartford HealthCare Integrated Care Partners network and partners with many community and hospital networks\u00a0to provide consistent care from your hospital stay until the time you are discharged home. The clinical staff at our facility is well trained and delivers the most current and highest level standard of care.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

In operation for over 60 years, Touchpoints at Chestnut\u00a0affords all of the amenities patients and families expect of the Touchpoints experience.
