East Windsor Ambulance<\/strong><\/a><\/span> announces the Retirement of Longtime Leader Thomas Clynch.\"\"<\/h2>\n

The following was a press release issued by EWAA from EMS CHief Lynch.<\/p>\n

To my esteemed colleagues, friends, and cherished members of the East Windsor Ambulance<\/span><\/a> Association.<\/div>\n

After 29 incredible years of service as the Emergency Medical Services Chief, it is with a blend of emotions that I bid farewell, officially retiring as of March 1, 2024.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Reflecting on this remarkable journey, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude. It has been an honor beyond measure to have worked alongside such an extraordinary team. Together, we have transformed the East Windsor Ambulance Association into a beacon of excellence, a First Class Paramedic Ambulance System admired by many.<\/div>\n

My journey with this esteemed organization began in 1978, fresh out of high school, amidst the dedication of a cohort of volunteers. Though I briefly parted ways in 1988, fate brought me back in 1995 with a renewed passion to elevate our service. Through tireless dedication and strategic initiatives, we reached new heights, achieving Paramedic level standards in 2001 and expanding our reach regionally.<\/div>\n

From our modest beginnings with just one Basic Life Support ambulance, we have blossomed into a fleet of 7 Advanced Life Support Paramedic Ambulances, boasting a team of over 80 exceptional individuals. This growth stands as a testament to our collective vision and unwavering determination.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

But beyond the accolades and accomplishments lies the true heart of our organization – the people. I take immense pride in the culture of growth and learning we’ve cultivated, nurturing countless individuals who have gone on to become leaders in various fields across the state and beyond.<\/div>\n

As I bid farewell to this chapter of my life, I extend my deepest appreciation to Chief Chuck Roode<\/span><\/a> and the dedicated team who will carry forth the legacy of excellence.<\/div>\n

To Lauren Staiger, my steadfast companion in the office, your support has been invaluable, and our time together will forever be cherished.<\/div>\n

To my beloved wife, Laura Ashley Clynch<\/span><\/a>, who has been my unwavering rock throughout this journey, I owe my deepest gratitude. Your support and companionship have been the bedrock of my success, and I eagerly anticipate embarking on this new chapter of retirement with you by my side. To my boys, their families, and especially my grandchildren, Owen and Juliana, I look forward to sharing this precious time with you.<\/div>\n

And finally, to all my esteemed colleagues, friends, and affiliate services, your unwavering love, support, and camaraderie have enriched my life beyond measure. Though the list is too extensive to name individually, please know that each of you holds a special place in my heart.<\/div>\n
