It is a little-known fact that most Amish practice a tradition, similar to the Christian \u201cConfirmation\u201d and Jewish \u201cBar Mitzvah,\u201d called \u201cRumspringa\u201d (literal translation: \u201crunning around\u201d) in which Amish children at the age of 16 have an opportunity to live free of the strict Amish code of conduct before deciding if they want to come back and be baptized into the Amish church. Surprisingly, virtually all of the youths return.<\/p>\n

But sometimes they don\u2019t.<\/p>\n

Four out of the original six of the members of The Amish Outlaws\u00a0were born and raised in Lancaster, PA and had a strict Amish upbringing. No electricity from land lines, no alcohol, no musical instruments, but their spirits were too wild for the Amish lifestyle. Once they trampled in the Devil\u2019s Playground, there was no turning back. In the years since Rumspringa, the members of the Amish Outlaws have become very well acclimated to the pleasures and vices of the modern world\u2026 music, most of all.<\/p>\n

In the wake of Rush\u2019s final Tour, The Rush Experience was formed by Vince Tricarico the founding member of the Rush Tribute, Sun Dogs with the goal of reproducing at an extremely high level, the sight and sound of rock\u2019s finest Canadian trio.<\/p>\n

Vince Tricarico plays the part of Neil Peart with a 1:1 exact replica of Neil Peart\u2019s drum kit. To include his electronic \u2018rear\u2019 drum kit \u2013 all on a \u2018rotating\u2019 octagon drum riser. Vince has big shoes to fill and does so with both aplomb and the massive drum kit that drew so many fans to Rush Concerts for over 40 Years.<\/p>\n

David Kidd takes on many roles \u2013 the biggest \u2013 Geddy Lee. David will sing, play bass and cover all the keyboard parts that Geddy Lee did while playing in Rush. All the parts that Geddy Lee played David will perform the same way \u2013 meaning every sound coming from the stage is played\/trigger in real time.<\/p>\n

Sean O\u2019Brien has the challenging roll of covering Alex Lifeson, who over his career continued his unending \u201ctone-chasing\u201d along with a style that was the\u00a0RUSH<\/span>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe biggest challenge for the band, aside from the complexity of the music itself, is creating all that sound with only three people\u201d. Vince says, \u201cBut that\u2019s a big part of what makes it fun for us and for our fans\u201d.<\/p>\n

UNFORGETTABLE FIRE<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 Tribute to U2 Unforgettable Fire, or \u201cUF\u201d, was born on New Years Day in 1995 as one of the very first U2 tribute bands to ever perform in America. After twenty years of playing in some of the most prestigious venues on the East Coast, UF has formed a reputation among many to be one of the closest experiences to being at an actual live U2 show. The members of UF are also very dedicated fans of U2, and will not settle for anything less than complete authenticity. In addition to performing a very impressive array of U2 material from pre-Boy to the most recent Songs of Innocence and beyond, the band does everything in their power (from wardrobe to lighting) to recreate the live U2 concert setting for their audiences. In 2015, UF was invited to perform at The Cutting Room in New York City for the 20th Anniversary Party for the U2 fan website \u201d@U2.\u201d Not planned was the sudden and surprise appearance of both The Edge and Adam Clayton, who showed up a little before 9:00 PM and played two songs with UF\u2014much to the shock and delight of everyone in the club. One of UF\u2019s last founding members from 1995, drummer George (Larry) Levesanos, still performs with the band. George is a veteran drummer on the New York City music scene and has performed in many other projects before forming UF. Joining the band in the summer of 2001 was singer Tony (Bono) Russo. Over the years, Tony has brought UF to a new level of authenticity as he is regarded as one of the country\u2019s top Bono look-a-likes. In late 2002, bassist Craig (Adam) Kiell added his top notch musicianship, experience, and stage presence to the band and has been a crucial part of the solid rhythm section ever since. Late 2004 brought Mick (Edge) Normoyle to the band to complete the last piece of its puzzle in its quest to have the truest, most authentic live U2 sound. All four members of UF are talented musicians in their own right, but together they are committed to bring their audiences the best possible U2 show that they can deliver.<\/p>\n
