Looking back over 16 years, what stands out most about Orion\u2019s journey?
\n<\/strong>To me, it always comes back to the team. The professionalism and commitment of our security officers are the foundation of everything we do. Our management team brings decades of experience, and together they create the support and leadership that allow our officers to do their jobs well. When you have the right people in place, everything else grows from there.<\/em><\/p>\n

What is your thought process and approach when leading Orion Protective Services?
\n<\/strong>What guides me most is focusing on the team\u2014providing clear direction, staying proactive, and adapting as situations develop. Supporting the team in this way means our clients can count on us every day. It\u2019s about making sure every officer feels prepared, confident, and empowered to respond to any situation, so the service we deliver is consistently reliable, professional, and tailored to each client\u2019s needs. What values guide Orion Protective Services?
