Friends and Neighbors,<\/p>\n

With the summer season and patriotic holidays such as Memorial Day, Flag Day and the Fourth of July on the horizon, it is the perfect time to properly retire your worn, faded and tattered American flags as you prepare to put on fresh new displays of the Stars and Stripes.<\/p>\n

In cooperation with the American legion, there will be five locations that residents can drop off\u00a0their worn American flags for proper ceremonial disposal according to the U.S. Flag Code. \u00a0Drop-off locations will receive flags from\u00a0Friday, May 18th until Wednesday, June 13th.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In East Windsor the drop-off locations are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

East Windsor Town Hall, 11 Rye Street, Broad Brook<\/p>\n

Warehouse Point Library, 107 Main Street, Warehouse Point<\/p>\n

American Legion Post #40, East Windsor<\/p>\n

In Enfield the drop-off locations are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enfield Town Hall, 820 Enfield Street, Enfield<\/p>\n

Enfield Public Library, 104 Middle Road, Enfield<\/p>\n
