As Governor Lamont announced earlier this week, the entire state will move to Phase 2.1 on Friday, November 6 at 12:01 a.m. This is in response to an increasing rate of COVID-19 across Connecticut and surrounding states.<\/p>\n

I encourage all businesses to revisit the updated\u00a0Business Sector Rules and Certification page<\/a>\u00a0to learn more about Phase 2.1 \u2013 a slightly modified version of Phase 2. The page includes a comparison of Phases 2, 2.1 and 3 rules, as well as updated guidance on the capacity limits for many types of social gatherings.<\/p>\n

As always, employers are also reminded to maximize telework whenever possible.<\/p>\n
