The Warehouse Point Library, 107 Main Street, East Windsor CTo6088 continues to offer activities for Children during the month of December.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Write a Letter to Santa<\/b>\u00a0and put it in an envelope addressed to: Santa Claus, The North Pole. Include the child\u2019s name and address.\u00a0 \u00a0Bring it to the\u00a0Warehouse Point\u00a0Library and mail it in Santa\u2019s Mailbox. (No postage necessary!) or drop off in our outdoor BOOK RETURN box.\u00a0 Each child who mails a letter will receive a personal reply from Santa, via the U.S. Postal Service. Remember to include your full name and mailing address \u2013 so Santa knows where to send your letter!\u00a0 In order for Santa to have time to respond to each child,\u00a0please be sure it arrives at the library no later\u00a0than Friday, December 18.<\/p>\n

Make 1<\/span>,2<\/span> or 3<\/span> Ornaments from Santa\u2019s Workshop for Three Weeks!<\/b><\/p>\n

Beginning\u00a0Monday, December 7\u00a0<\/b>you may pick up\u00a0a special ornament packet from Santa\u2019s workshop for your child to create at home.\u00a0 Each weekly packet (12\/7;12\/14 and 12\/21) will have a different ornament to make, register for one, two or all three weeks at our website,\u00a0www.warehousepointlibrary.info<\/a>! The kit may be picked up at the library or you may request curbside pickup!\u00a0 This craft workshop is open for children of all ages.\u00a0 You must register your child for each week\u2019s packet; there is a limit of packets, so sign up early!\u00a0 Registration begins Monday, November 30.<\/p>\n

Magic By George<\/b>, a Virtual Magic Show for the entire family will be held on,\u00a0Saturday, December 19 at 11 a.m<\/b>., just in time to start your holiday celebration!\u00a0Magic By George\u00a0<\/b>is more than just magic tricks performed in front of a webcam. It\u2019s an interactive, multimedia show combining live-streaming video with magic, music, warm hearted comedy, and computer graphics \u2014 George brings a memorable, live experience straight to YOUR computer screen. Viewers will actively participate in the program to help create a unique event and multiple HD cameras will give everyone a front seat. It\u2019s the same level of fun as seeing George in-person!\u00a0\u00a0Join the interactive fun, via Zoom, by registering at\u00a0www.warehousepointlibrary.info<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Prerecorded stories read by staff and a very special guest will be available during the month of December.\u00a0Santa cannot visit with your family this year at the library, but you can\u00a0Listen to Santa<\/b>\u00a0read a special story in the comfort of your own home.\u00a0 The story will be available on the library\u2019s website,\u00a0www.warehousepointlibrary.info<\/a>, December 7 through December 25.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Listen to a Hanukkah story<\/b>\u00a0at home any time in the convenience of your own home.\u00a0 The story will be available on the website, December 9 through December 18.\u00a0\u00a0Listen to a Kwanzaa story<\/b>\u00a0will be available on the website any time from, December 26 through January 1.<\/p>\n
