If you are getting a stimulus check you might consider contributing to our Capital Fund Campaign<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1) We will need a new roof soon (and repairs to structure) ($18,000)<\/div>\n
2) Gutter & roof area repairs (water running into basement) – ($6,000)<\/div>\n
3) Repoint brick in various places around building – ($4,500)<\/div>\n
4) Painting of building – ($7,000)<\/div>\n
5) Recover floor – ($5,000)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

These funds will be set aside until we can start each project.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We need to do this because the Town of East Windsor cannot provide funding of capital expense to a building that they don\u2019t own.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
