Amid religious intolerance, political injustice and racial tension, the stirring Tony Award-winning Parade explores the endurance of love and hope against all the odds. With a book by acclaimed playwright Alfred Uhry (Driving Miss Daisy) and a rousing, colorful and haunting score by Jason Robert Brown (Songs For a New World, The Last Five Years, Bridges of Madison County), Parade is a moving examination of the darkest corners of America’s history.

East Windsor HAT (Hunger Action Team) invites You to take part in this event.
Registration for the 35th Annual Foodshare Walk Against Hunger is OPEN! This year’s event will be held on Saturday, May 5th at Dunkin’ Donuts Park – home of the Hartford Yard Goats. The event is fun-filled and family-friendly with activities, music and giveaways.
Who benefits? Funds raised from the Walk support Foodshare and our partner programs who serve the 127,000 people in Hartford and Tolland counties struggling with food insecurity. The funds also support long-term efforts to increase access to healthy food and address the underlying issues that contribute to hunger. In supporting the Foodshare Walk Against Hunger, you will help us continue this important work. For more information and to register visit FoodshareWALK.org.
I hope to see you on May 5th as we knock hunger out of the park!
